SHIPPING, RETURN, AND EXCHANGE POLICY
SHIPPING: Please allow 1-6 business days to process your order.
COMMISSIONS:
Unless the commission is lost or damaged in shipping, returns and/or refunds are not accepted and all sales are final.
In the event your commission is damaged during shipping, take photos of the damaged packaging and contact me within 24 hours so I can initiate a claim with the carrier. Keep all of the original packaging for the carrier’s inspection. A refund or replacement will be issued upon receiving compensation from carrier.
In the event your commission is lost during shipping, please contact me within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation so a claim can be initiated with the carrier. You have the option to either 1. receive a refund via an insurance claim from the carrier. Refunds will only be issued upon claim approval and payout from carrier. Or 2. receive another commission that will be completed after Sarah Hardy Art receives payment via an insurance claim from the carrier.
